What happens during a therapy consultation?
- Your clinician will ask about what brought you in, whether you’ve been to therapy before, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.
- You’ll talk about any symptoms you may be experiencing, and how those symptoms are affecting your day-to-day life.
- You’ll discuss scheduling, insurance, and any concerns you may have.
